FANUC CERT Handling Tool Operations and Programming - This is a hybrid course that includes both online and lab curriculum. The 30 hours of online curriculum must be completed before starting hands-on training. Attendance at one online orientation is required. The hands-on training will include utilizing the “Teach Pendant” to operate the FANUC robots. The training is done in the new state-of-the-art Robotics & Advanced Manufacturing Technology Collaborative (RAMTEC) lab. Introduction to Robotics & Advanced Manufacturing - Students will have the opportunity to see the application of robotics and additive manufacturing. This will provide an introduction into a career in the exciting field of Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing. Students will learn FANUC, Yaskawa and KUKA robots, write basic motion programs for each, understand and operate advanced manufacturing equipment.

KUKA Robotics - This is a 16-hour hands-on training that will include utilizing the “Smart Pendant” to operate the KUKA robots. The training is done in the new state-of-the-art RAMTEC lab. Candidates will learn the skills that industry demands on genuine KUKA equipment. Trainees will also learn basic operations and programming as well as troubleshooting. Yaskawa Motoman Robotics – FS100 Basic Programming w/ Material Handling This is a 32-hour hands-on training that will include utilizing the “Teach Pendant” to operate the Yaskawa robots. The training is done in the new state-of-the-art RAMTEC lab. Candidates will learn the skills that industry demands from Yaskawa-certified instructors using a Yaskawa-approved curriculum on genuine Yaskawa equipment.
