Alexandria completed her associate's degree at Sinclair College and is now employed with Dayton Public Schools as a Paraprofessional for a visually impaired student.
How did MCJVS/MVCTC help you to be successful? "MVCTC helped me succeed by giving me the foundations to conduct myself in a professional manner that is beneficial to my students. The hands-on experience given by the on-site preschool and outside field placements gave so much diverse exposure to help us learn how to handle any situation, which has greatly aided me in teaching students in an urban, inner-city school district. I believe in 'connection before curriculum,' and the MVCTC staff embodies that so much, which helped me teach my students to the best of my ability."
