2014 MVCTC Culinary Arts completer, Esco Champion, has earned his Associates Degree of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and his Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management in under three years. Esco is currently employed at Morton's: The Steakhouse in Charlotte, NC as a Sous Chef and Assitatn Food & Beverage Director.
