2010 Interactive Multimedia alumnus, Alex Penny earned his Assoicates of Applied Science degree of Sinclair and is now employed with LION Group in Dayton.

"MVCTC is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I directly have MVCTC to thank for letting me go to Sinclair on a scholarship and to graduate college with not just a job, but a career. While at MVCTC, I participated in the student ambassador program, placed in the BPA Desktop Publishing competition, and even had the winning t-shirt design for 2010. When I graduated from MVCTC in Interactive Multimedia, it helped me flow into college and get me through the basic & intermediate classes with the greatest of ease. Skills that would take you a few years to build had already been honed at MVCTC. Before I graduated from Sinclair, I was offered a job at the portfolio show. I took this job with confidence knowing that the skills and lessons learned at MVCTC and Sinclair had prepared me for the field. I’m currently working as a Graphic Designer in Dayton for LION, a provider of firefighter turnout gear. I can’t thank MVCTC enough for the skill set I developed there. Shout out to Mr. Carlisle for teaching me to keep things logistically simple."
