Eaton-MVCTC Project Lead the Way Program

Students from Eaton Middle School’s Project Lead the Way Design and Modeling class began learning about the design process with a single sheet of paper. Students were divided into engineering teams of 2-3 and challenged to create the longest paper chain using a single sheet of construction paper. Students were surprised to see how each team created different chains using the same materials. They discussed their process and shared what they would do if they had the opportunity to redesign their paper chains. It was a great first challenge that students were eager to complete.
