Englewood, Ohio – The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Electives, Business, Information Technology, and Agriculture Department is proud to announce the October honorees for the Department’s Career Tech Students of the Month. Kyle Bergen (Northmont) and Ross Dapre (Ansonia) recognized for being outstanding representatives of their respective career tech programs.
Kyle Bergen (Northmont/Computer Networking and Cyber Security) taught by instructor John Underwood, recognized for outstanding scholarship and earning of valuable industry credentials. Kyle achieved the CISCO Ccent Cetrification by passing the challenging certification test during his lab. Mr. Underwood stated, “Kyle is to be commended for his efforts and fortitude as a learner and problem solver at MVCTC.”
Ross Dapore (Ansonia/Diesel Power Technologies, recognized by his Diesel Power Technologies Instructor, Mr. Larry Seibel, for his excellent work and leadership. Ross is the MVCTC FFA President, and he works via the MVCTC Pre-Apprenticeship at Bobcat of Troy. Mr. Seibel stated, “Ross is such a mature young man that he can keep all his leadership and work experiences on his schedule and still perform at the top academically.”
