MVCTC has scheduled a meeting for returning students and their parents to discuss the College Credit Plus (CCP) program. The event is scheduled for January 30, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Multipurpose Activity Center (MAC).
This meeting is specifically tailored for students in the MVCTC Class of 2025 who are interested in exploring the opportunities provided by the College Credit Plus classes during their senior year. The CCP program allows students to earn transcripted college credit while attending MVCTC by taking college courses from community colleges or universities. The initiative aims to promote rigorous academic pursuits and enable college-ready students to jump-start their college studies while still in high school.
MVCTC is dedicated to preparing students for college by offering opportunities to earn college credit and scholarship money. Eligible students have various options for early college programs. To learn more about these options and review the eligibility requirements, interested individuals can visit www.mvctc.com/college-options. It's important to note that the number of college credits is subject to change.
