ACT Testing Dates and Information 2024

State law requires schools to administer the state-funded ACT or SAT to all junior students. MVCTC will administer the ACT on Tuesday, February 27. Not all juniors will take the test at MVCTC (see below). Senior students will still report.

Junior students from the following schools test at MVCTC on Tuesday, February 27:

* Junior students taking the test at MVCTC will be required to complete portions of their answer document on Thursday, February 15 (schedule below)

* It is important to check your email regularly, as ACT information will be shared frequently.

Junior students from the following schools test AT their home/partner school on the date listed:

February 15 – (ACT Answer Document Review)
- 8:05 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  - Regular schedule
- 1:05 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  - Junior students taking the test at MVCTC will go to their testing room.
  - Seniors & Non-MVCTC ACT juniors will go to lab.

February 27, 8:00 a.m. - 12:20 p.m. (TEST DAY)
- JUNIORS TESTING AT MVCTC
  - 8:05 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. – ACT
  - 12:20 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Lunch
    - 1:25 p.m. – 1:55 p.m. – One-Day Extended Time Lunch
  - 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Lab
- SENIORS & JUNIORS NOT TESTING AT MVCTC
  - Report to lab when arriving at MVCTC Test Day Schedule:
    - 8:05 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Lab
    - 10:45 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. – A Lunch programs AC through ET
    - 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – B Lunch programs FE through WL
    - 1:05 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. – Period 2
    - 1:50 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Period 3
  - Seniors participating in activities where they usually do not attend lab should not report MVCTC but should still report to their placement at their regular scheduled time.
