MVCTC 68 Hundred Bistro Open to the Public

Englewood, OH – The Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) 68 Hundred Bistro is now open to the public. This full-service, student-run restaurant provides Culinary Arts students with valuable hands-on experience in restaurant operations while serving delicious meals to the community.

The 68 Hundred Bistro is located on the MVCTC campus and operates three days a week. This schedule allows students to apply their learning in a professional environment under the supervision of experienced instructors.

Online Ordering and Dine-In Services

For convenience, the Bistro offers online ordering for same-day pick-up meals. Customers can place orders online between 7:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. on operating days, with pick-up available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Credit card payments are accepted. Additionally, the Bistro welcomes guests for dine-in service. Due to school class schedules, all in-person orders must be placed by 12:30 p.m..

The Bistro’s menu changes every two weeks, offering fresh and creative options to delight the community. Menus and operating schedules are available on the MVCTC website at www.mvctc.com.
