MVCTC is excited to announce the opening of the 68 Hundred Bistro! As a full-service, student-run restaurant, the 68 Hundred Bistro provides Culinary Arts students with valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Located on the MVCTC campus, the Bistro operates three days a week, serving the general public and MVCTC staff. This schedule allows students to apply their learning in a real-world environment under the guidance of experienced instructors.
The 68 Hundred Bistro offers online ordering for same-day pick-up meals. Customers can place their orders online from 7:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on the days the Bistro is open. Pick-up for those orders is available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the same day, with credit card payments accepted for added convenience. In addition to take-out, the Bistro welcomes guests for dine-in service.
The menu is available to view online and changes every two weeks, offering fresh, new options regularly. The specific days the Bistro is open, along with the current week's menu, will also be available on the mvctc.com website.
