04/22/2025

Englewood, Ohio – Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) is proud to celebrate Dalton Schreadley, a senior at Miami East High School and student in MVCTC’s Agriculture & Livestock Production program, as the first student from Ohio selected for the prestigious Keystone Cooperative SEED Program – Class of 2025.

Dalton, under the mentorship of Agriculture & Livestock Production instructor Mr. Nick Wright, was one of 51 applicants from across the Midwest who applied to be part of this elite program. Following a competitive process that included interviews with nearly 30 finalists, Dalton was among the top 20 individuals offered a coveted position in Keystone’s SEED Program – a two-year employee development initiative to cultivate the next generation of leaders in agriculture and energy.

Dalton is the son of Timothy Schreadley and Michele Pax. On Monday, April 21st, Dalton signed his official employment commitment with Keystone during a celebratory event at MVCTC. Friends, family, and MVCTC staff members gathered to recognize this milestone in Dalton’s journey toward a dynamic career in agriculture.

“We are incredibly proud of Dalton’s initiative and dedication,” said Mr. Wright. “This opportunity is a testament to his work ethic, his passion for agriculture, and the strong foundation built through his experiences at MVCTC and Miami East.”
